About GigaTown, Oklahoma

GigaTown, Oklahoma is envisioned as the first implementation of the GigaTown model. The district would be organized around major compute and energy infrastructure in southeast Oklahoma, with Energy Compute Campus serving as an anchor tenant.

The district is intended to support the workforce, housing, hospitality, retail, contractor, transportation, utility, and community needs created by large-scale AI and data center development in the region.

As compute infrastructure scales, so does demand for the complete ecosystem of support services. GigaTown, Oklahoma would plan these services as one coordinated district, ensuring that workforce housing, hotels, restaurants, training facilities, and public services are available as operations scale.
